LAIHA is planning on starting a beginners D league in the Fall. The D league will consist of new players and beginning skill level players. It will be one night per week on a weeknight. The first 3-4 sessions will be a "skills and drills" orientation to the game. After that, we will break down the players into 2 teams and play games. D League players may sign up to play C league when they are comfortable playing at a more competitive level. Costs have not been figured but will be around $300. A league jersey will cost $35. Players will be required to have full hockey gear. Players are not required to have a cage on your helmet but a cage or shield is recommended. Any current players who are playing in C league can also play in D league pending LAIHA League approval.
The D league will run on Thrusday nights from 8 to 9. Please contact Paul
